In this video I explain and demonstrate a straightforward Tube driven Spring Reverb circuit that can be dropped into just about any amplifier. It uses one tube for a less invasive and lower part count build. It is fantastic to achieve a nice springy / roomy reverb sound. It will not get as extreme and surfy as the Fender style two tube reverb circuit found in many old vintage Fender amps. Enjoy.

That's all the reverb I would ever need. Sounds good to me.

I might have to try this once I get done building the pedals I have in my queue. I have a small reverb tank I pulled from an organ years ago and one from an old fender champ 100 that died and I might as well put them to use.

That's so cool, unfortunately I don't understand how any of it works lmao. Any tips on how to get into components and stuff? 🙏

Crawl, walk, run. Start with something simple like rewiring a guitar or a basic DIY guitar pedal kit like a clean boost. Then work your way up to something like a tube amp.

Do you have a parts list for this project?? My amp doesn't have reverb and I am interested. Thanks so much! B

Do you think that would work with the 5E3 with cascade mod to it or it might drive the PI crazy?

Yes absolutely it would work well.

Ive been thinking about dumpster-DIY ing a reverb out of an old milk house space heater that I can somehow plug into or hard wire into a guitar amp, but being a separate component that can be used with different amps. I wonder if anyone may have ideas?

@@goodun2974 Its actually pretty simple once one gets the correct schematic for the inductor drivers, the unit is about half the length of a standard tank and only about twice as wide so it definitely will fit into the back of most 10"-12" combo amps. Sounds pretty much the same as a regular 20 dollar reverb tank though and it took many hours.
