I think maybe the Wanderer could be Genō. Think about it, at the end of the Zero War comics, he was deformed as the destabilized zero point literally tore his essence away. He then began to reform with a cliffhanger saying “Not the End”. He has probably been taking these last few years to reform, and he only now walks around the island because he reformed enough to be able to. He’s probably wearing a cloak to hide his face, as he is weakened, and if he is seen, he could easily be taken out.

Wait I just noticed that the white cloak of wander look very similar to Khonsu’s robes in the Moon Knight show and he does have the same ability to teleport as the wander.
