Really nicely done video - I definitely learned some things :) One additional way (and actually the first way I learned) to identify Mirra 1 vs Mirra 2 is the shape of the rear "support structure" (for lack of better term). With the Mirra 1, it looks like a person holding up their arms to make the letter "Y" (like when doing the YMCA dance). Whereas with the Mirra 2, the top closes to completely a loop, so it looks like a person making the letter "O" with the arms above their head.

Also i get weird cracks and noises all over the chair. Gonna return it and switch to the Aeron. One question i have. You mentioned that the Aeron is only made for people who sit in an ergonomic way all day. Does this inculde putting your feet up on a foot rest or small table? I never sit crosslegged or weird in any other way but i sometimes like to put my feet up while watching a movies and stuff.

@Ahnestly3 жыл бұрын
Let me talk to my contact and I’ll let you know. I know about a couple projects they have coming up, but not sure I’m allowed to say anything. None of them involved the aluminum look though, and it might be too niche? Your chair itself is still graphite or mineral or whatever color, no?
@TylerMarsh873 жыл бұрын
@@Ahnestly Yeah, my chair is Graphite/Polished Aluminum. The Atlas Graphite headrest would look fine, I just think having a polished aluminum version of it would be just that added touch to look as OEM as possible. You’re probably right though, the polished aluminum frame might be to niche for mass production of a headrest in that colorway. Without saying anything that may get you in trouble, based on what you know is in the pipeline would you advise holding off until those products come to light or is it worth just getting the Suspension headrest now?

For the lumbar support, do you have any suggestions in terms of height? I don't have the PostureFit, just the lumbar pad.
@Ahnestly3 жыл бұрын
This is totally personal preference. I have lower back soreness but mid back pain. I thought if I put lumbar at mid back, it would fix it, but turns out it made it muchhhh worse. This is why I chose the posture fit, bc I had to leave the lumbar at the lower position regardless

Amazing review! Liked and Subscribed! Please consider reviewing Steelcase Leap v2, and underrated Korean made Fursys SIDIZ T50 and Fursys Sidiz (ZIEL) T80 (CH4700)

I'm working on the Steelcase review, but it might be a bit. Lots in the backlog! I reached out to Sidiz to see if they'd want to collaborate!

I came across your page. Thank you for offering your insight on these chairs. I found some Aeron chairs with the sl posture fit for $600. The chairs seem to be in excellent condition. Is this a fair price? I would like your opinion.

I'd recommend you watch my used aeron video or the Aeron comparison video to make sure it has all the features you want!

Thanks! Do you have a suggestion for "us ergonomic rebels"? ;)

I used the Aeron at an old job and I hated it because I sat with my legs crossed like an idiot. Don’t do this. It’ll wear down your knees. I got an injury when running and falling on my knee and it would’ve been fine had it not been for me sitting like this for a year straight which literally tore my cartilage. Sitting straight is only uncomfortable because you’ve gotten your body used to sitting incorrectly. It’s like sleeping on your stomach. Not good for you, and gives you back problems. Trust me in the long run, you won’t regret it.

What about the “rhythm” material for the embody?
@Ahnestly3 жыл бұрын
Rhythm is very similar to the medley. So a bit rough/scratchy!

Got a used Aeron on eBay & it had a bit of a bo odor. Any tips on getting it out? It’s starting to fade but it’s still pronounced

You can try using baking soda on a plate. It is known to “suck” out the smell of things

I picked up a Herman miller Mirra 2014 but for some reason it has the zoro back support instead of the sexy panty? I thought Zoro looking back support is from 2003-2012 but sticker says 2014. Someone pls explain

Hello, is it normal for the Aeron remastered back seat pan to be loose around the edges where the mesh and the strap around the mesh intercepts ? I noticed my Aeron remastered is a little clumsy when I apply pressure with my finger. Just the top portion of the chair

Hm are you talking about the plastic crevice? I'm not exactly sure which location you're speaking of

@@Ahnestly Hey. Thank you for replying. Do you mind if i send you a short video clip of what i am talking about ? I could send it to your email or any platform whichever is easy for you. It is the first time i payed 825 dollar for a chair, and it wasn’t easy to hand that cash. It took hours of reshearch
