Kelly sings this beautifully, BUT, it doesn’t trigger the same emotional response as Miley. Kelly never went through all the shit that Miley did with everyone calling her crazy, still to this day. So she can sing it, but it doesn’t feel as genuine. It would be like Miley singing Piece by Piece. She could cover the hell out of that song. BUT, she doesn’t have that same emotional attachment that Kelly does to it.
