Nice boots! I really like wearing white boots from time to time. A lot of people wear white sneakers so people don't really notice as much as you might think. I have been thinking about buying some toe tips for my snip-toe Black Jack boots because I am constantly kicking the bottom of the cabinet doors in the kitchen when I go to wash the dishes. They really look nice on those Tony Lama boots!

What a great project boot. The whole combination of bone, a traditional narrow arch shape, looks great. I’m not usually a fan of a toe rand. But with everything else about this boot, it’s perfect. “I know I’m over the top & I dig it.” Shoe polish & edge finish don’t get enough love. Great video.

Great video! I have a pair of boots from a second-hand store (Salvation Army if I remember correctly). However, all the rest have come from eBay, Poshmark, or Mercari with $60 being the most I've paid. And the quality has been very good!

Nice score ! It's winter pulled out my Acme 1988 white snakeskin boots , I stitched the original out soul w 55 lb fishing line w/ my swiss army knife then spray painted the white snakeskin black to match the rest of the boot , ( original owner )

Hey Jeremiah, I just scored a vintage pair of Dan Post Marlboro boots from the early 90’s. I gave $40 for them and the soles look like they were only worn two or three times. Tell me what you think about it. I would love to get your opinion. Thanks and I love the white boots. Great buy.

I love the shape of those boots, how they are made. But I don't know if I would wear white boots !

had the same idea, except that for people who lives in Europe like me everything is more expensive and difficult to find, even a pair of used 70s Tony Lama boots cost at least 100 USD and more, 'cause they're imported. So you might as well buy them directly from the United States at a very low price like 30 USD or less but also pay the shipping costs, ironically it still reaches 100 USD in total but you still saved money compared to buying them overpriced from european sellers

Vintage boots are way better made with higher quality standards. I love the old Tony Lama El Rey collection, black label and gold label. Bought 4 ostrich pairs of them pre owned in great condition and a pair of handmade ostrich Lucchese 🤘🏼. Probably 4-5k worth of ostrich boots when new and paid a little over 700 hundred for all 5 pairs.

Might be worth starting a discord or something of the likes, folks could share images of boots theyre looking at and get second opinions from the community, or just share pics of finds theyre excited about. I know for a fact that id be reaching out for help as a novice in the boot world

What a great buy! I've got all my boots secondhand- It's fun hunting and reselling if necessary. I got some Dan Post pythons for Christmas. Look really good on you. What are the jeans you are wearing with them Jeremiah?

This may sound paranoid, but... How do you disinfect the inside of used boots? I read fungus can survive for up to two years in used shoes... lol
