How do you actually get the bank to address the issue according to the regulation? Chase bank has closed the enquire and indicated that once the money was transferred that they have no means of getting it back.

This law didn’t matter for me! My bank would not and will not return my money! I lost $3,780 in November 2022. I filed all the complaints with the proper departments federal and local and even went to my local news station. Huntington Bank still didn’t care. So I’m just SOL.

@@cagada Bank never gave me my money back. They don’t care. Zelle won’t take responsibility in admitting their customer service phone number was changed on their app that led straight to the scammer when called.
