thumbs up you are a great cook, I think you said in one of your presentations that ogiri igbo does not go well with onions why did you then add onion to this egusi soup, please if I made a mistake correct me and again how do you know the quantity of osu you should add to your egusi and even the quantity of ogiri to add to your soup. Usu is not Mushroom, that it's called Mushroom seed or whatever 🍄 doesn't mean it's gotten from it, usu is often gotten from some dried tree
