Hope she's buff fixed next season. Having the skin and not being able to play her is quite depressing. She's underperforming even with heroes that are supposed to shine like Soujorne and Ashe. Such a good skin for a massive letdown season.

@@Skiesti mercy already has a voice line that mirrors moira's "are you finished?", which is "are you quite done?". kinda weird to give her a matching voice line thats already matched with another one

I love that she has the same broach as Maximilien! I like that they aligned her to a lore character that is SO dramatically different from herself - a backstabbing, for profit individual who is willing to betray even friends for personal gain is so drastically off character from her that aligning her to him feels GREAT in mirrorwatch! But I also love her interaction with him in Storm Rising - she catches on so quickly to Maximilien's ways and words, how willing he is to blab about whatever they want to ensure his own wellbeing, she's no dummy. Her head tilt, eyebrow raise, and small grin when he asks who they would like to meet is SO good because she really can keep up with a person like Maximilien. She reads him like a book.

One thing i liked about this skin isn’t on the skin itself, but, on the battle pass, you get a weapon charm that is vengeance’s wings, and, in season 5, you could get mercy’s wings for free on the shop, so now you can have both good and evil wings

Love this video to have all the little details about the skin. Love the mechanichal spine detail, very interesting to see how far evil Mercy would go to modify the bodies to follow "her plan" as she says in one of her specific voicelines.

I like how you mentioned the spine implant theory. With Valkyries suit design Mercy does have implants in her body to help with the swift response suit, which is the Valkyrie suit. As far as my wear with pins and lower from mercy past, her parents couldn’t figure out how to get the suit to work and she continued their work through her MD PhD program, perfecting it along with her nanobiology work. This could have changed, but I am going off of past comics and stories of mercy where learn more about how she made the Valkyrie suit

The icon on Vengeance's forehead seems similar to the one with ana, such as on Ana's Shrike epic skin, on her face the symbol is similar.

3:50 For the question, I am more assuming pharah was just never conceived, Sam was most likely killed before it and to Mercy saying Reap what you sow, it could also be what she has done to Reinhardt as Ana seem to have experimented on him or kept him on a leash, so it's more she done a lot of bad things while working with talon. There is also one more Mercy mythic fact you missed, when you emote a souvenir, the normal yellow light from above to summon the thing is now red.

On another note, I wonder what it says about the community preference that the time they release a Mercy mythic is also the time that OW allows you to buy whichever mythic you want from the shop. Do people not like Mercy so they were scared to release it as the only available mythic in the battlepass?

Oh it's not about people not liking Mercy! So basically the reason why they implemented the Mythic Shop was because people wanted to be able to go back and get Mythics that they weren't able to get in the past either bc they're new, they took a break during that season, they didn't finish the Battle Pass, etc. The Mythic Shop/Prisms give more options and this just happened to be the season they implemented the system

I really wish the changed sound/visual effects of the mythics were able to be toggled off as an accessibility feature. They look really cool, but I find them kinda distracting in game.

Me too! I was a little surprised they didn't since it's the Mythic... The healing symbol on the Infinite Seer staff would have fit well or even changing it depending on the color palette you were using

There's the unique animation for rez as well as the lighting effects and special animations for all of her highlight intros. If I had to guess, I'd say they put in the most time for this mythic of any of the mythic skins they've released so far.

@@bxvin9788 I deal with Autism and BPD which is excruciating for your emotions (dystegulation, impulsiveness, intense) I used the phrase 'tone dead and insulting' while I was emotionally charged which is what people are making fun of. It's not offensive phrasing, I didn't hurt anyone but people are acting like I killed someone. It's a little silly, really. Everyone experiences emotions and uses dramatic words but it's different when I do it for some reason
