I like the way you made your potatoes and I’m going to give it a try. I do my potatoes with flour, egg and shredded onion (sometimes crumbled bacon). I fry the and eat with sour cream or apple sauce.

Just wanted to give you a tip as I watched you having Korean barley tea, (I am your Korean fan:) ) we usually put the barleys in a pot and boil for like 10 to 15 min so the taste really springs up from the barleys.
