I have the RS Moto 2 and it is AMAZING. This bike is almost TOO perfect! 😊 After my first test ride, I finished up the ride, walked into the dealership and said: it is impossible to ride this bike and not purchase it on the spot. And that is exactly what I did. No regrets. Not a single twinge if buyers remorse. This bike is the perfect example of something (someone) that does exactly what it is made to do. Perfectly. 👍❤️

Only discovered your channel by chance, that's 3 great videos of the Street Triple RS you have done, so much so that I picked my Cosmic Yellow RS up today and I have never smiled as much on a bike since driving home from the test centre when I passed my test, keep up the good work...

I've had mine for nearly a month now and its been the most fun bike I've owned so far. Everything about it feels premium. The brakes are amazing, the handling is brilliant, the tires are sticky and the cosmic yellow is absolutely stunning. My only con is the dash. It could be so much better.

@@EJK1965 For me, it's that the info is kind of hard to see. The temp, time, odometer, all very difficult to find on the screen at a glance. Also, there are 5(?) different views you can change to and 4 of the 5 look almost exactly the same. It's a bit hard to distinguish between them.

@@RynoDinero I replied earlier, but was replying to another question from a different video, lol. So let me start over. Yes! I still absolutely love the Street Triple. I've put in nearly 4k miles these last 5 months, mostly canyons. This bike is an absolute dream. The suspension, brakes and engine are just wonderful. I still don't love the dash. You just can't see some important info easily. The OEM tires were very sticky and confident inspiring, however, they were completely worn out by 3k miles. I didn't get a chance to do a track day this year, but looking forward to next summer!

@@MotoEnLoCo sweet! I’m tossing the idea around of trading my ‘20 r6 in for the new yellow street triple rs. My local dealer just got one. I test rode the older model and was blown away. Just can’t make my mind up if I wanna switch from a reliable Yamaha to a triumph !

The combination of that bike’s eye-popping color with the incredible scenery and brilliant skies make this video an absolute treat, especially when coupled with that great intake soundtrack. Hi Kate. Just here to say that, partially because of your enthusiasm, I’m swapping my MT09SP for a red RS. In all honesty I wanted a Triumph when I bought the SP and the reason was that the Yamaha had a comfier pillion seat for the missus. It ended up that she hasn’t come for a ride with me once since I’ve owned it! So, there’s nothing to hold me back now, especially since the Trumpet is nicer and better than ever.

Sold my 2020 XSR900 SP because the frame and suspension could not handle the power. Headshaking out of corners is disconcerting even with the suspension dialled in. The Rs is like chalk and cheese. On ya Triumph.

@stephenspiteri_zunkus
@stephenspiteri_zunkus 8 ай бұрын
@@patrickrosello9583 just seen this. Sorry for the late reply. The difference mostly is how they make their power. If they were cars, the Yamaha would be an American muscle car whilst the Triumph would be an exotic European sports car. What would you choose? Depends on what excites you most. At first I thought the Triumph was slow compared to the Yamaha, I’d be in sixth gear thinking that I’m in 3rd! I am not alone in saying this but also my friend who bought an RS like mine. It makes its power differently. However, when I went out with my quick buddies I instantly was breathing down their necks when usually I’m at the back of the group chasing as best I can. The Triumph is so much easier to ride quick. It’s also nicer in town. It’s finer. The Yamaha though is no lesser bike. It has a bigger engine and it feels like it. Very playful and sounds great. If I had the money and space I’d have kept them both. But if I’m honest, I prefer the Triumph.

@@stephenspiteri_zunkus From owning both. I’m with you on that. 765 is so smooth, every day enjoyable. But, the mt 09 is rawer and edgier, and boy I love that cp3 engine. One day I want one, the next the other dependant on my mood. Now I ride a 765, but miss the mt, and the XSR Gp looks amazing…

Sounds so nice, what a sweet tone it has, I would never change the exhaust. and it looks beautiful. love both the red and the yellow. it would be the perfect bike if it had some wind protection. I don't know why motorcycle manufactures don't realize that people are buying naked bikes for the comfortable ergonomics with close to sport bike performance. they are not buying them because they love the wind hammering them at anything over 60mph. What people really want are sport bikes without the back breaking ergonomics. not track bikes that you can only stand being on for a half an hour of riding. in my opinion the 765 would be so much better with at least an upper fairing. companies should take a lesson from the Ducati Supersport which is an amazing bike.

Absolutely brilliant, good fun! I've got my RS, and wouldn't trade it for anything. Fast and agile, with a forward leaning rider body position that is the perfect balance of being forward on the controls, whilst not putting any undue pressure on your hands and wrists. Here's my only negative. There is a body paint matched fly screen that sits above the headlights and slightly surrounds the TFT Display. This used to be standard equipment, now it's an optional extra. Kate, keep doing what you do 😁👍‼️

Had a 675R, Daytona 675 and 765RS in the past and the new yellow 765RS does make me go “squeee”! The only thing I found with the 765RS I had was it was almost too refined and track focused, I didn’t gel with it as a road bike. A bit strange because I expected to fall in love with it because I couldn’t fault a thing - but didn’t.

They’ve improved on the previous RS. Depends which one you had? The 17-19 was actually pretty weak as a road bike. 20-22 was better with some improved mid range torque but 23 is now more lively. Mainly due to jacking the rear up and changing the gearing. It’s much more engaging than the previous gens on the road.

@@YarekBalear Yeah that’s fair enough. I have had the yellow now for 10 weeks. It’s my 3rd Street Triple. My last one was also an 18 but the R as it had more mid range than the RS at the time. I looked at the last gen RS and had a test ride in 21 and although the bike was better I hated all the new colours and graphics so moved to something else. Went to have a look at the new one at the dealer just out of curiosity and an hour later I’d bought a yellow one 😂

It's a great colour for a motorcycle, with no real need to wear eyecatching clothing. I bought my bike second hand, albeit barely used, but silver is possibly only slightly better than grey for being all but invisible to other road users. De-baffled, which helps only a little.

I feel extremely privileged to own a 1200gs and a Striple rs, I’m with you on the handling, sweet engine with an unexpected amount of torque, still don’t care for the dash having tried every possible dash mode and although the tyres give an insane amount of grip (in the dry) they’re more suited to track days than typical UK weather days, I’m sure road 6’s would be more suitable for every day riding. Love everything else about it, been out round Snowdonia today with perfect weather, fantastic.

I own one in the same color and i'm very happy with it BUT if I had to nitpick I would say 1) The dash is too difficult to read with the text and tach being too small. The previous gen RS models had a easier to read layout IMO. 2) It's not as comfortable as my previous Street Triple (2016) but I think it's mostly due to the taller seat and more aggressive riding triangle (more pressure on my arms). 3) Smaller plastic gas tank which means reduced range and I cant use my favorite magnetic tank bag. 4) Triumph removed the nub on the kickstand that made it easier to deploy, just why?

I've got the striple r 675 2012 and I don't know if it's worth me going up to the 765 because the 675 is more than enough for me at the moment. I think if I did sell her I would go to the 1050 speed. Great video I love watching the channel ❤

More RPM (like more happy zone 😊), more braking power (brembo stylema) and better suited to the track day (moto2) 💛💛💛 and Cosmic Yellow is awesome 🤗

The new RS is a great bike, don't get me wrong, plenty of power, great handling. But the mirrors are blurred at motorway speeds (which is where you really need them to look for coppers) and after an hour on the bike my hands were buzzing due to the vibes. No reviewer has mentioned this, which I find odd.

I don't genuinely dont get vibes from this bike (the buzzing in my hands like they're on springs afterwards) and I have with other bikes before like the M1000R after a day's hard riding and my 690 duke. I'd mention it if I felt consciously affected by it but I just don't on the RS. and as for coppers? Many unmarked in my area certainly 🤣

@@UsernameKate That's good to know, thanks. It could be me, or it could be my specific demo bike. Anyway I'm hoping to test the XSR900 in the next couple of days, so we will see if I get the same issue there.

Just to put it out there.. I’ve had my full license since I was 24 & been riding since I was 16yrs old & I have NEVER had to claim on any insurance policy at all, and Bikesure is the most expensive company. I don’t understand. And my 2 Bikes are Always Garaged & alarmed with day/night vision cctv

If I were a fellow of smaller stature. I’d love to own one of these bikes. Unfortunately, it’s just not a good fit for me. I even rode the trident, and still felt like I was on a mini bike.

your fear is right ! today in a newspaper excact what you talking about (Ruhrtalbrücke / A52 Bridge over Ruhr) small street and alot traffic and only the aeroplane pilots for DUS have radar we havn't !!! why are motorbikes so expensive by less wight on each surface also smaller parking-lots are for need ...and so on "it stops so well..." , sorry kate we do not have any further data's like temperature about the breaking fluid (operation range in F°/ °C ) i disslike tuning parts which take slow the cooling of the liquid in summertime downhill for an hour breaks a boiling , i'am sure you know it !!!

29 inches. This video might be useful as it shows me sitting on the bike. kzbin.info/www/bejne/nZDcnKuHd5d9abM also, it's just time and trying lots of bikes that has lead me to where I'm at with my confidence and having my partner Mike who has faith in me..makes me have faith in myself 😊
