Interesting! Does the design rotate in the direction the open surfaces are facing or in the other direction, as would be the case with a conventional centrifugal pump, for example?
@wolfgang.walden.cad.training3 жыл бұрын
Sorry, I´m not an engineer - it is just an exercise, it might not work at all. But I would assume - it should rotate (related to the thumbnail) - clockwise.

@@wolfgang.walden.cad.training thanks. I'm working on human-powered flight with a new pedal system capable of around 1500 rpm and I had not considered a design such as the one featured in your video. Despite reservations about ducted propellers, my plan would have to be ducted.

Hi Wolfgang Walden! You added 1MM guide lines that over pass the material thickness for you to join to the main part, otherwise it will kissing surfaces of the main part. Is that right?
@wolfgang.walden.cad.training7 жыл бұрын
Yes that is the reason - sort of a parasolid problem. You cannot combine bodies which only touch/kiss.

Good morning, my greetings: In AutoCAD the problem to me how can I join two objects in one object (like the fan in this example) (kzbin.info/www/bejne/Zp_MhmVthpucadU) (minute 16:30) that I mean 2 objects (the UCS in the first object is different from the UCS in the other object thank you too much
@wolfgang.walden.cad.training7 жыл бұрын
Use boolean command : UNION.
@wasimnashed57067 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your interest, when I tried many times not success with the command union and other commands, I think there is a different way to that in AutoCAD, and here I ask you as an expert, thank you for your interest.
