No, I use the "burlap from the base of the leaves. The husk can work if all of the spongy part is removed, but it is not ideal

a tonic is not as strong as a medicinal, meaning that if you're experiencing serious kidney issues then it won't work fast enough to help you immediately. a tonic is something that you take regularly to keep from having issues with an organ, in this case the kidneys. this would for instance help prevent kidney stones in someone who is prone to them.

Great info on coconuts my friend. Only difference is I believe God “Yahweh,” put the coconut in its rightful place and not evaluation. When I stop and look around at everything, it all has order. Order points to a creator. I believe the Bible because I see this order and the writings from so many different people, all point to Jesus. But the rest of the video is great info on the uses of coconuts. Thank you

There is no “order” to the universe. It only seems like our surroundings have order, because humans have adapted to our surroundings, though evolutions. Some things have even been manipulated by humans, to better fit our preferred “order”, like dogs, bananas, cows, and other domesticated species.
