I think Chun landed just in time before Hugo grabbed her There are landing frames when using air moves so it was unavoidable

@@sicklenickle Yeah but, aren't Grab Supers 0-frame, aka they are useful immediatly after the flash? If Chun was mid-air during the flash, then she shoulda been safe, unless the Ultra had more than 1 active frame, which I doubt becuz then grab Supers would b busted asf

@@Sukaiba69 Late, but she landed on the ultra's active frame since Hugo's ultra is at least a 1 frame, if not 2. Like how the Adon in the same video landed and didn't recover before the Seth Ultra got him. The only grappler with a 0 frame is T. Hawk, and that's his Ultra 1.
