Ushpizin (Hebrew אושפיזין) (lit. "Sukkot guests", from Aramaic uspizin אושפיזין 'guests') is a 2005 Israeli film directed by Gidi Dar and written by Shuli Rand. It starred Rand, and his wife, Michal, who had never acted before.
Moshe and Mali Bellanga are an impoverished, childless, Hasidic baal teshuva ("returnees to Judaism") couple in the Breslov community in Jerusalem. After Moshe is passed over for a stipend he expected, they cannot pay their bills, much less prepare for the upcoming Jewish holiday of Sukkot.
Moshe admires a particularly beautiful etrog, or citron, one of the four species required for the holiday observance. They console themselves by recalling a saying of Rabbi Nachman of Breslov that difficult times are a test of faith. After some anguished prayer, they receive an unexpected monetary gift on the eve of the holiday...

I'm not Jewish but I really love this movie. This scene in particular and after when he and his wife are in the kitchen rejoicing really touches me because there's so much I can identify with. Shuli and Michal Rand were brilliant in their roles. Amazing that this was their first roles.

The prayer scene between husband in the park and wife at home, both in synch and the mystery work of providence on the other side of town ready to deliver a miracle, that really triggered Emunah in me for the last 7 years

So basically, the more they shake and jitter the better God hears them? As if the guy charged up his prayer and petition for a miracle by revving up his charisma engine. I'm sure that is not how it works.

it has nothing to do with "shakes and jitters". it has to do with the scene preceding this one to understand that he fights his nature to be angry and that through conquering his anger and surrendering to God, that all contributed to the miracle.

No but the Holy Spirit visits/falls on those who humbles themselves to the Lord of Glory. Mock not that which you do not understand. I'm a Messianic Believer in Yeshuah HaShem and when I'm aligned with G-d the Abbah' heart in prayer I cry uncontrollably but I'm not sad nor in any pain but feel pure LOVE and I know my prayer is answered. I have received many miracles for others and for my family and self. There are other manifestations of G-d Abbah's way of communicating to His people. Try and humbly pray to Him and see and taste that the Lord is good. SHALOM!
