About 14 years ago I engineered and set up traffic contro/barricades. Our barricade flat bed trucks had warped/chipped/split decking of various types. I suggested we try trex decking. No one listened. About a year went by and they finally tried it. A year later every truck had it. I stopped by about a year ago when the owner passed (great lady)... Every truck had the same deck installed 10+ years ago. Keep in mind these see a lot of abuse and regularly carry tons of weight.

No sag & no fading. Although, if you watch the video, you will see that I added a few extra supports.

I bought them at Home Depot, But I had to run them through a planer and then use a router to notch the edges
