Using Corn to Catch Stocked Trout

I've actually never fished with corn. I hear it's a great way to catch carp and also trout as you showed haha! I just rarely fish for carp. Love the trout action man, you caught some nice ones especially the one at 12:04 ! Good tips and knowledge as always bro, keep it up!

Honestly these are stocked trout so they are very simple to catch because they are constantly fed & a triggered by food falling from the surface. I took a trip this winter to catch wild ones & it is much more difficult. Spent 3 hours to catch one fish 😂

It works really well honestly, only problem is the trout can digest the corn. Trout Magnets are great too!

@@609Fishing , well I had zero luck with corn myself. I caught 6: 2 on power bait mice tails, 3 on redworms, 1 on Panther Martin spinner. You never know what might work. 👍

I never thought of using circle hooks to avoid gut hooking. Thanks for the tip and for being thoughtful of the fish. I'm gonna do this for my upcoming catch and release trout tournament this weekend! Do you think corn is still effective during Jan-Feb?
