I fell down like 30 stairs when I was at work last night and my foot went behind me and twisted so mom took me to get x-rays this morning just to see what was wrong and I broke my fibular bone in two spots, it’s been very hard to go up and down stairs so hopefully this works!

What about outside? I have a friend with mild cerebral palsy and her right side is affected and she uses a can and gets nervous going up and footpaths

why I tried it and so hard,? I injured on my right foot, when I put on my left foot on stair, it' s so hard, not as simple as I Saw on video 🤷 what should I do doc ?

You just have to practice. I have had to use crutches for two different surgeries, and it never gets super easy, but it does get easier.

Even if you can't bend it, you should be able to bring it a little bit back behind you. You might have to go up seated on your bottom if you can't bring it back behind you.
