I bought from them for the first time, got my order last week and they turned out AMAZING! Love how quick it was to add it to each of the garments, it was an assortment of t's and hoodies for a lady that owns a farm, she bought it for Christmas gifts. This is a perfect idea for say a family reunion type mass purchases, so much quicker than using vinyl.

I love the new logo and am so excited for your clothing line launch. I was wondering on the pocket transfer where a little of the letters came up....what do you think the problem was? Would you be able to lay it back down before you peeled it all the way off and press it again? This happened to me too with a transfer and I wasn't sure what the problem was. You can lay it back down before you peel it. Once you peel it it will shift or mess up. The very first one I did wasn’t enough pressure but I didn’t include it. Not sure what happened to the other one. I’m

You need to be lint rolling the tops before you press, that may be why some of the transfer is coming off because there is bits on the top

You have to measure the size area of the garment you're using every size is different. it's how big you want it.

For example, I someone designs a very good logo with clarity, 300 dpi but still the logo looks a little blurry and small. what is the best suggestion? to reach them on the phone and explain it takes like ooouh. Your press is to tight loosen it up. You shouldn't have to jump up to close it. Also with transfers lots of time all the transfers don't release cuz of the adhesive powder. It dont matter if you lent roll it. It's just the nature of the adhesive
