I think this is awesome. I was kind of liking the first pull, it seemed to create a 'glow' around the planet, but the drama of the solid black was amazing. And you may have convinced me to at least get the white spray! lol! Great video!

I've used this technique quite a few times, and like yours it was creating space themed cards, planets, nebulae & auroras, the medium I used were acrylic mica sprays, apart from a couple of blockages (due to the mica flakes🙄) they are easy & fun to use and the results are absolutely amazing... 💫🪐🛸🪐💫

I actually like how it looked when the card was pulled off the gelli too early. I think it looked more realistic, like those photos where you see the gas clouds and the surface of the planet is 'burning' too...

Ya, I would agree my audio was a hot mess on this one. I'm still learning the best way to add and tweak audio for filming environments, adding music - which is something my videos will have, but finding that perfect sound.
