Using dynamite in the Mines of Potosí 🇧🇴

During the colonial era there was a silver boom in the town of Potosí, which lead to great wealth in this area. Although the majority of the silver deposit is exhausted nowadays, there are still a lot of people working in the mines, to gain what's left.
According to this it seems unusual that the mine is open for visitors, as it is a dangerous working place where explosives are used to break down the rocks.
