I don't think its like that at all, It is hard to time a perfume esp if the hunter has a fast attack, I do think they could've just took a normal hit then and there , no matter the perfume fail, there were several ways you can take advantage of the perfume skill because even then with a half hit, they would be in a better kiting area atleast but they ran to a different direction which solely affected the overall performance, the shack would be a good place to take advantage of perfumer skill, but yeah let's just end this with the fact that Bleber is just too good❤....😅

I main Hunter, and I see a better play than this, first you perfume near the window then run to a kiting area. If the hunter follows you, you could just return back then vault the window. If not, atleast you're on a better kiting area. In this case, perfumer waits for bleber to hit her instead of rotating.
