+AvE, just going back and watching old videos, saturday morning and all, and I wanted to mention a potential reason as to why Chinese carbide is good while the HSS is junk. It's an artifact of the manufacturing process, a lot of HSS is milled before hardening then ground as little as possible on ancient grinders to save on cost. Where as carbide comes in sintered sticks and has to be ground from solid on a modern nine axis grinder. So the resolution on the newer machine is better, there's only one process before coating and the wheel has to be very fine grained. All this adds up to a better process leading to a better product.

I remember seeing your FL bridge collapse video and since then you've been a joy to learn from. You picked a good concerto for this one, very classy. How you get past the YT sensors is indeed our luck.

Most do get past the sensorBot. Some don't; still not allowed to livestream...

I figured this out myself when I was about 8. Took the motor out of an old record player and friction drilled plastic. I stacked plastic and welded it together.

Hey AvE, why wouldn't you use this for fluid connections? At my work we make manifolds that get pressurized and are able to hold 10bar(145 psi) no issues. We use SAE 304 stainless steel 40x2(mm) square tubing.

I noticed this as well. I am trying to determine if its strings of metal that are super heated and shearing off, or if its some type of electrical spark. Going by the color and speed I am going with metal strings.
