My Keenan fav video is about how prospects DON'T CARE about hearing us babbling on about our company, how long we've been in business, why we are so great. Perfect and so true. HATE being on the receiving end of a salesperson bragging for ten mins before getting to the point. I see them as robbing my time - and I am sure my prospects feel the same. Solve problems and listen - STFU. haha.
