Wow what an amazing little tutorial! This gives me an idea for a shot I need to work on to try and replace a woman's hair with different looking hair that's sculpted to her head...and I have no idea how to make it work, but seeing this sort of means i need to try it with this method. So thank you for this!

You can change it on the OS level (on both Win and Mac) choose your default app for .psd files

Nothing works and After Effects is crashing while generating fill layer like saying I cannot do this on my own. As always some tutorials are meant for specific footages they show us. Not helping when we tried to make it our own version.

This doesnt make sense to the title. You've had to track the sign anyway using Mocha so all you had to do was link an image to the tracking data. Using Gen Fill is a pointless process here.

@@SternFX ill give it a go and see if it makes a difference. good tip none the less looking for ways of making gen fill work for you. Been using it to paint out unwanted objects alot.
