Please, I can't find this information anywhere. Does Kaltura only record audio from my microphone? I need it to record the screen I'm seeing and hearing. :(

That’s a good question you have to delete it from the software before it is uploaded

I’m having difficulty with my presentation. I screen recorded a power point. Within that powerpoint was a KZbin video. Once I played back the presentation, the KZbin video clip portion was completely distorted. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Have you tried a different video source? Did it seem to play ok on the screen?

@@DoryVideo I didn’t try a different video source. Other classmates used KZbin videos inside of their PowerPoint while recording with kaltura and all of their audio was clear.

@@DoryVideo and yes, the video played perfectly within the PowerPoint, I could hear it fine while doing the screen recording, I did the entire 30m presentation, when I listened back, the 7 min clip was distorted.
