Using Keymap to Reload Skin in Kodi

Well been doing builds for 3 years and never knew that existed......Thanks Blue .no more rebooting kodi😀 oh the hours Ive wasted lol

Hi blue I'm going back to kodi. Three years ago I used this technique a lot. Is it me or with kodi 20 it no longer works? On the other hand testing hello world still works.
