I literally just bought loads of large scale paper yesterday because I couldn’t resist the pattern but had no idea what to do with it ! Thank you !!

Thanks for this video. These difficult papers found in every pack are what I struggle with the most. Some paper has both sides that I find are hard to work with. I appreciate all the ideas I can get.

I struggle with that type of patterned paper - with large designs - even for scrapbooking. I don't want to cover up the pretty design, but I still have those pesky photos, journaling element(s), etc. to add. LOL Somehow - to me at least - this seems like a better use for that paper, since it might well be easier to incorporate the pattern into the card design. Thank heavens I make cards, too. I love how your cards came out, Jess! That paper is so pretty, and you used it to its full advantage. Thank you for sharing your work & all the tips. Take care, & have a wonderful day! :)

Thanks for this video. I have lots of paper in my stash that never seems to work even though it is beautiful. I look forward to using this template.

As you were initially talking about cutting your six panels and seemed to ignore the flip side of the paper I thought "But what about the other side... maybe not so plain..." and then with cutting the ovals and which sides of the paper you were planning to use I thought "WAIT! You can still use the "big" flower side with the big flower base...." So, yeah, the stitching detail might have been on the opposite side on some but I'm glad you flipped some over. :-) Really pretty paper, great designs.

I don't know why originally didn't think to use the big flower ovals but I'm glad I did in the end. I'm glad it all worked out and I got to use a really pretty piece of paper.

Thanks so much for mentioning the card making summit. I purchased the all-access a few weeks ago and was disappointed in the offerings. The techniques demonstrated are so NOT where I am in the card-making process so I found most of the offerings useless. However, I chanced upon your KZbin video this morning and then went to check out your class. I will be taking that and now the summit offers me a little more than anticipated. Many thanks.

Thank you, Jess, for these great ideas to use 12x12 printed papers that at first glance seem to be best for only scrapbook pages. I love your color choices. 🙂

Hi Jess new to your channel and loving what I'm seeing. I'm continually trying to organize my craft space and I noticed when you grabbed your oval die set you had it on a pc of cardstock with a strip of magnet sheet adhered to the cardstock and a beautifully typed description of your die set. Did you make this yourself? And do you have a tutorial on how you did it? Love what you do and thanks for sharing it with me.
@JessCrafts10 ай бұрын
Hi Leslie, Thank you so much for watching! For my dies I attach a thin sheet of magnet to a piece of cardstock or the backer sheet it came with. I get the magnetic strips as 'vent covers' from the hardware store. I use my label makers to type the name and adhere that to the backer sheet. Here's a video where I talk about my die storage: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fJ_dYZt8jMt6ers

I really like your designs. But I do not like the colors of the bunnies. I would do the bunnies in more of pastel colors., so they dont clash with the flowers.😊

I agree. I actually colored them a few days before and realized they weren't my favorite when I saw them on the cards. But it didn't seem worth recoloring so many of them.
