how long you let that net sink at that spot looks like about 5 seconds in the video?

Just depends. In this particular case I was letting the net hit bottom. The shad were hugging on the bottom pretty tight.

Do you do charters for those who actually want to keep the fish? Or is it all catch and release? Also if you keep walking towards the dam and underneath on the rocks you will normally find a group of fisherman filling up ice chests
