Good information to know (and practice). This topic is timely for me as I've been buying and trying different heavy-duty moisturizers cuz I had a bad habit of just tending to the 'visible spots'. Now, I find myself in a pickle because it's always easier to maintain than to think one dab will do it after years of neglect. Thanks for sharing.

Fantastic. Thank you. I make calendula and rose petal lip balm with cold Pressed Olive oil and a little bit of beeswax. After watching this vid I applied it twice to my hands and arms following your directions. My skin tears so easily and as I’m always gardening or building things I certainly need to get my skin in better shape. So glad I found you 😊

Glad it was helpful for you! Another natural treatment for it is virgin coconut oil as mentioned in this video. kzbin.info/www/bejne/a2rbeGaimqeKpJI

I realize that for some reason I haven't been moisturizing my arms and hands (and the skin is thinning). What is your opinion on diluted neem oil (I got it for insect repellent and it has a strong smell, but it doesn't bother me. It seems to be OK on my face., also grapeseed oil? Will these work on the limbs? Are they acceptable? What about using zinc oxide on the nose before putting on sun screen? Thanks.

I do not know of any studies that use neem oil. I try and review only evidence based trials in my videos. There is reasonable evidence for virgin coconut oil and here is a video on it kzbin.info/www/bejne/a2rbeGaimqeKpJI For sunscreens, I would suggest tinted sunscreens as they provide complete blocks against all wavelengths kzbin.info/www/bejne/q2TGgX9qiZaaacU
