Using Only Hairitage Products for a Month!

I just got the shampoo and conditioner today but I'm scared to death to use it because I saw reviews that said their hair fell out In clumps when they used it (I bought the length check one)

I have the outta my hair shampoo and it suds A LOT on the second wash! The first wash normally does not sud up that much because it's cleaning out the dirt, grime, and sweat from the day, but if you hit it with a second wash you will see how much it suds!

This is something I recommend and do myself ,also make sure before putting shampoo & conditioner into your hair make sure to put it in your hands first and rub together to emulsify the shampoo and conditioner before applying to your hair. Unfortunately Heritage by Mindy is a shampoo and conditioner that didn’t do well on my hair.

Shampoo twice! I noticed a huge difference after rinsing the first time and then going in with a second round of shampoo. It even is a pro tip on the back of the bottle

I would definitely shampoo twice. First shampoos don’t suds much and your scalp will be cleaner for longer!

Because the shampoo and conditioner is free of bad chemicals, it doesn’t strip your natural oil down like normal shampoos do. Over time your hair and scalp will get less oily

Yesss i threw away Pureology because my hair was so squeaky aka stripped and it looked stringy after but when i use hairitage omg game changer for me personally and i have thin low density bleach and color damaged heat with lot of breakage hair

I actually had a similar experience with Heritage by Mindy. I have thin hair,but lots of it and it gets greasy on wash day 4. Well I felt that her products besides the leave in heat Protectant spray made my hair so greasy ,bf it usually does. Plus my hair definitely fell out a lot more than usual. I never used the hair mask or rinse,so maybe it’s not for me!? Someone with dryer hair might love her shampoo/conditioner!? I know she has shampoo and conditioners for thinner hair now , but I haven’t tried and probably won’t. But her blow dryer ,flat iron, wave maker ,comb ,hair wrap etc …and the spray heat Protectant I’d buy.

I have SUPER greasy hair and I use the hair mask once a week in place of conditioner and I just put it in the ends like I would conditioner and leave it on while I wash my body/shave and then I rinse. If I put it in the roots or if I leave it on for a long time it makes my hair greasy too mainly just because it’s too heavy for my hair and it’s not really for my hair type. I do REALLY love using it in place of conditioner once a week though and it’s definitely helped with my split ends. :)

creamy shampoos are always tricky. I'd love for you to review Kerastese. It's expensive but it totally surprised me in a good way. I used the regular one when I didn't dye my hair, and now I use the purple one b/c I have blond high lights. Both are excellent.

Ita bc the shampoo and conditioner don't include sulphates and those are the Ingredients that remove grease from hair

ik im late but if you found your hair to be oily after the hair mask try putting on in replace of conditioner after shampooing, leave it in for 10-15 minutes then rinse, try to aim for keeping it from midway to ends too!

Your biggest problem was using the products not meant for your hair type. Heritage products will show which hair type it's meant for.

Mindy had mentioned using the hair masque as sort of a substitute for conditioner. I'm also nervous to use the hair masque.

I used the shampoo only because i don’t use conditioner but maybe 2x a month but the shampoo it self is a BIG NO hair felt and looked super straight and my hair is wavy it also felt as if I’ve flat ironed my hair for days and needed to wash it every other day to every day 3 weeks in i stopped and switched back to my Shea moisturizer

I don’t believe the shampoo and conditioner is safe and a clean product like it is advertised. My hair fell out horribly and dried it out so bad I had to cut it short . Left a film or wax on my hair and if I brushed it it would frizz out . Probably the worst product I’ve ever used in my life .

Do you have a good recommendation from the drugstore like Walmart? I didn’t like her shampoo & conditioner, I just got greasy hair and it definitely shedded more. I’m sorry it was so bad you had to cut your hair! That’s upsetting for sure!
