I like that type of structure cinder block and concrete. It will keep the interior cool all year round at 50,60 degrees if it 100 degrees outside.

hello, may I ask if you waterproofed the roof and if so how did you do it?
@terry01739 сағат бұрын
Good work property noma I love your videos but I used this process building my house with a company in kitengela and it has been my worst nightmare. I wish I could have gone the traditional way. Here are some of the problems I encountered. 1. Roof leaking and try to get customer service after you buy the product is close to none. 2. Regular masons don't know how to work around these beams whenever you have problems. 3. When they brought this things to my sight they changed me. 4. They did the wrong quotation and brought less stones on the sight and later when I told them the issue they told me they are out of town and I had to wait for them to fix an issue that has never been fixed. 5. Due to having my roof leaking, I was advised to put terrazzo. While the terrazzo guys were using the vibrator my roof was feeling kinda funny and there was some shaking here and there😢😢😢 This things are not cheap. The difference between this and traditional building, is a slight difference that won't make a major impact on your wallet. Sad!!!!...

How do you ensure no slab leakage?
@elormking79753 ай бұрын
well to avoid moisture contents penetrating into the slab, it's advisable to apply DPM or waterproof paint after concrete works. Buh it will be of good if you ensure the pipes laid do not burst during construction processes and the floor tiling works at the washroom and kitchen should be overseen diligently.

Is it possible to transport T-Beams & Blocks to Wajir town?
@Xaswawa-rz2et2 ай бұрын
Start your own project there in wajir. Think of the cost bro. By the way, the old block system is better than this new precast thing in my opinion.
