I have a problem with my DP-S1, the bottom portion of the screen doesn't work correctly. Selecting the gear icon then selecting the 9 dots in the center always results in the back button activating.

OnkyoEU Hi. Thank you for replying back. Ah, I see. How is the sound compared to the Cowon Plenue M or any of the Cowon Plenues? Because the Cowon has all these bass, surround settings etc and it makes it really loud and I don't want to buy the Pioneer one and the sound is low and restricted like a Sony player.

Hello, ive been told that despite specs say this drives headphones up to 300 ohms, the volume is no that loud, i would like this dap but to drive specially 300 ohms sennheiser hd650.

Hi, if the volume is too low, please go to Settings Menu and - check/adjust the "Volume Limiter" setting - check/adjust the "Gain setting" This should fix it. :)

Hi, the specs are very similar - but it should not be us deciding about the audio quality, as this is a a very subjective topic, depending on your listening preferences (and also on your "soft- and hardware" :) Ideally, you can test drive the models at a dealer, using your own music on microSD cards and your head phones for testing...

Hi, we're afraid it is not possible to install any apps on DP-S1. Please check DP-X1 (running on Android OS with possibility to access Google Play) where you can install additional apps like Spotify, Google Music, etc.).

Hi - as of today, the supported music services are TIDAL and tunein. There is currently no support for Spotify.

Dear Trevin, we overlooked your inquiry - not our intention, our apologies. With DP-S1, a download of TIDAL content is not possible (mainly for technical reasons). However the DP-X1 (running on Android OS) does support use of offline TIDAL content. Thanks for asking!
