The curve in the video is for a specific tanker (and it's unmodified sister ships) and is part of the "Blue Pages" of the "Stability Data Reference Book" used for license testing by the US Coast Guard. Stability Books for vessels of different designs would have their own curves but you would use them the same way. Did that answer your question?
