Yeah so i just switched to the iPhone 13 pro max and i was really worried if it was useable. luckily i never set up the samsung pay on the watch so i really dont care for that, and honestly messaging on the watch was always a task to do, i can reply much faster on the phone, so ill be using the watch to keep track of messages but reply on the phone when i get the chance. and as for faces. i prefer the simple face and digital clock im happy to know that at least the most important features are still available. and im hoping this video applies to the watch 4

Unfortunately, everything works on the galaxy watch with the iPhone except for text messages. When I paired the watch with the phone, the messaging app disappeared. So as of now do they still work together? I have the 13 pro max, i was in love with the galaxy watch 4, apple series 7 is just a little bit more $$. But id be using without cellular, only wifi/bluetooth. I know they make the companion app for the previous watches which work fine but i kinda figured since im spending that kinda money might as well go for apple. I always go newer whenever upgrading or getting new phones. Klarna is a big help to id be paying $80 in 4 payments for the GW4 and $91 with apple which its 11 more dollars… would rather not put it on the bill with service and add more $$ to the bill… ughhh i want it so bad but ill be missing out features

Do you know can you use the Uber app with this setup? I’m wanting a smartwatch to be less attached to staring at a phone but the Uber app doesn’t work anymore in Applewatch and that’s nonnegotiable for me. I only see 1 watch in my Bluetooth devices? I came from a pixel 3 to the 12 pro and so far I’m very unimpressed with my first iPhone experience. Hopefully I start to like it. I have a few friends that converted and like it and there was a promotion so it was almost “free” but then you dont even get charging brick? And besides the brick and car charger I’m going to need I’m guessing besides not playing nice with my watch it’s probably not going to work well with my home, nest, ring, or my Google tv. Also...any watch face that you paid for while connected to a android device will be available to download again once connected to an iPhone as long as that watch face is under your profile on the wearable app. I was able to download the ones that I paid for when I was on Android because samsung keeps them in the cloud for you

But you told in the video if you try to snooze the alarm by getting your palm over the watch with an Apple phone is not working, I assume if something is calling you and you put your palm on the watch the phone is still ringing it will not be muted.
