I am always inspired to tryout mixing similar colors, inks, and techniques as I watch your videos. You demonstrate how lovely the simplest activities can be when approached with full appreciation and love of your materials and tools. Your investigations into and, what sounds like, a real history of color mixing; especially using some extremely subtle combinations, are sublime. I am wondering if you've ever talked about learning calligraphy or handwriting? Like swatching colors and trying new mixes, I'm wanting to do some informal calligraphy practice. Thankyou So! we definitely have my mother to thank for that! every small task even vacuuming or doing the dishes was an act of caring for the home or the family, & she raised us with a great degree of thoughtfulness towards others which hopefully will always resonate from things I do! with the calligraphy, I do have another channel which is where I started on KZbin, I posted everything there, then I split it up so this is watercolor & that is for journaling.. . there are quite a few videos about calligraphy & my alphabet on there, & I also have some sheets you can learn from in my etsy shop.. . both the channel & shop are called heirloom luxe.. . I still have to finish the capital letter sheets & it is on my to do list but they aren’t finished yet, I will definitely show them & let you know once they are in the shop have a wonderful week! 🤗✨🌸🌷🌬🍃

yes I definitely reach for my sketchbook more than for a loose sheet! that is something I’ve been trying to work on.. . I just got some Art spectrum loose sheets we’ll use soon & I have to really coax myself to get those out 😅 have a wonderful week!!! 🤗✨🌸🌷🌬🍃💕
