The PowerFlex 70’s installation guide has a section on troubleshooting and common symptoms that may be helpful starting on page 45: literature.rockwellautomation.com/idc/groups/literature/documents/in/20a-in009_-en-p.pdf There are also more specific troubleshooting documents on Rockwell’s Knowledgebase (you will need a login) if you search for the error code/message: rockwellautomation.custhelp.com/ For further assistance, please contact your local Rockwell Automation distributor.

If you copy from HIM to device it will download to all ports? Or only port 00? assuming some peripheral device install like ethernet card ?

We have the 700 at work. The HIM only shows copy from HIM to device. Not the list in this video. Will the full list appear after I download to the device?

Hi Jan, You may find technotes 48480, 512254, and 54894 in Rockwell’s Knowledgebase helpful (rockwellautomation.custhelp.com/app/home). A few things to check: change the direction on the HIM and swap the motors leads, check parameter 190. Hello, Page 50 of the manual linked below states “The Upload All Ports and Download All Ports functions are only available for the host drive (Port 00) due to their unique functionality”. However you can select the port of whichever device’s parameters you would specifically like to copy. Port 00 is simply the port associated with the drive itself. Hi Bruno, The HIM CopyCat function works between a set of PowerFlex 750 VFDs as well as between a set of PowerFlex 523 or 525s with a 22-HIM-C2S. However you cannot use it to copy between a PowerFlex 750 and a PowerFlex 523/525.
