Do you think this device would be appropriate for some skin tightening on the belly and breasts post pregnancies? I do not yet have mature skin (36yrs) would this be good for prevention or should I wait until I find I need it?

Yes, it is helpful for the belly but it is not approved for use on the breast and mammary gland areas.

That is correct you can do 15 per mode per area but I usually only do 5 to 10 minutes. I lack patience. 😁

I would not use a fascia blaster. It is too easy to damage the skin with that device.

You must first apply a layer of conductive gel and then you can mist with water to keep it moist and slippery.

Re those of us that have the saggy skin from child birth (or losing a lot of weight quickly)? Some have suggested micro needling therapy. Thoughts? I am physically fit, but when I bend over, there is a wrinkly pouch. I would like to avoid going into a dermatologist for help, if possible.

We have found this helpful after child birth. I am not an expert in micro needling. I would ask a doctor or esthetician that specializes in needling.

Hi Lisa, I'm 42 and have had 3 kids (all adults now)and physically fit (sort of.. I weigh 122 pounds/ non smoker, eat healthy, take all kinds of vitamins) Anyhoo.. I know exactly what you mean about bending over and having that wrinkly pooch (hate it!).. I use a red light therapy belt with infrared light..OHH MY GOODNESS , the results I have gotten over the past 3 weeks. I have a tummy of a 25 year old now.. Just bought my first bikini to wear this SUMMER. I haven't worn a bikini with confidence since I was 17 (that tells you something, right) and I look good :) I microneedle that ugly skin on my tummy once a week.. I wear the red light belt for about an hour a day.. I would wait at least 18 hours after microneedling your tummy before wearing the belt. Where you microneedle will be a little red/pink for a day or two..but go ahead and wear the belt..Make sure you put on serums before you microneedle and a good moisturizer or even some neosporin after you microneedle. Wait 18 hours and then start using the belt religously, at least 5 days a week for one hour.. It doesn't have to be worn an hour consistently. You can brake it up in 30 min in the morning, 30 minutes before you go to bed... You will see the results with in a day or two... Now you can rock that bikini...without the cost of surgery. Yes. Devices only work if you use them consistently. I am not great about using them either so I am very careful and choosy about which ones I buy.
