I think minecraft should have wool armor or some woolen modification to leather to make yourself immune to the sonic shriek, but also it's WOOL armor so pretty much naked. Also, that sound immunity should be relative to how much durability you have cause if you beat up some sound proofing, it's going to not be as good.
