Don't understand why you need a rotator to load the containers

We load and unload these all day long without

On this job it was necessary because we were on a military base where they are very strict about the ground not being scraped up plus we were told not to move that dumpster so getting rollback in to load it would've been impossible. A rotator is absolutely not needed for loading these in 99% of scenarios. Also alot of jobs we do with the rotator it isn't need but is significantly faster using it.
