I agree with Ron J. (below) Josh… The appeal would be for your fan base. We’d like to see what a true professional looks like… You don’t have to show us every single time just once in a while would be nice. You do such an awesome job of recovery; your channel and Ron Pratts channel are the only two we watch… You don’t use vulgar & everything is above board which is nice to see… You detail out everything you guys do, so your audience knows what going on, not leaving questions unanswered. You also reply back to some of your fans which is nice to see too… You guys do great work and your videos are definitely helping many of us get through 2020… I know I appreciate and have respect on what you guys do along with bringing it to folks all over… thank you and keep up the safe & great work…! PS nice clean truck btw…!

When I was a young one working in a garage, I used to think I did some neat shit with a Holmes 440 or 480 wrecker. Watching this makes me realized just what a rube I was. Most of my work was towing broken down cars off the highway, recovering cars that the kids would take off road and get stuck in mud on dates, and yanking cars out of the local lakes, rivers, and ponds the drunks like to drive into. One of the best "growing up" jobs I ever had, only being bettered by being an EMT for 4 years.

Josh, we see a lot of Hulk and all of what he can do. Would it be possible to see more of the master operator who's giving Hulk directions? Unlike some KZbinrs, you are not a publicity hound. However, when the camera is on a tripod, maybe you occasionally could turn, face the camera and tell us what you are doing. I'm sure viewers other than me would like to see more of the guy behind the controls. I'll admit that we did see a few more profiles and distance shots than what is common. Regardless, whatever you do is fine with me -- this is THE BEST tow/recovery channel on KZbin.
@PepesTowingService4 жыл бұрын
I don't see the appeal. My videos are straight action and to the point, to achieve this I use my chest or shoulder mount with my action cam so it's permanently first person. I like to explain what I'm doing as I'm walking around or rigging, then execute that plan from a good distance so my viewers can enjoy. I'll take it into consideration tho!

It is clear to me that some companies are going to need safety briefings on how to properly load a trailer. You would think that it would be common place already to have such instruction, but I think some companies fall through the cracks, and then we get this. The solution was a bit unorthodox yes, but it was a solution none the less.
@bbersani24 жыл бұрын
Yeah but you gotta have some common sense as a driver to do a proper pretrip

@@bbersani2 Exactly! As much as we need proper logistics companies, we also need proper drivers. Only time s driver can't check their load, is when a seal Is put on it.

I don't know what your guidelines are for operating their equipment, but I'd never let a truck driver move anything hooked to my truck. It's way to easy for a bad driver to roll your truck and they don't need to try very hard to do it.

For the smaller trucks like rollbacks it would be ideal but for the amount of weight that these rotators use Synthetic line would not be ideal to use as it could fray easier and doesn't have the same kind if weight ratings steel cable does

Ya, the cheapest rotator is like a 600,000 dollar truck. A midrange model fully equipped with gear would be closer to 1-million like Ron's truck, so the answer is no. And don't forget, HULK is his truck to operate, he does not own it, it belongs to the company. ;)
