Nice vid!! If you have a hobbywing program card it will work also. Just go by the settings in the owners manual not on the card. 🤘🏼🤘🏼

I'd like to know if there's any difference between using this Spektrum program box Vs the Hobbywing multi-function program box I especially would like to know if you can use this Spektrum box with Hobbywing ESCs for firmware updates via PC, and vice versa (Hobbywing box for Firma ESC firmware updates)

You may want to turn up the BEC voltage. That's a great video Chef. Great info. If you haven't done so already, check out the Spektrum Dashboard App on your phone. I think you will like it.

Yeah its not the best it cycles through fast so it hard to read it doesn't stop so you can look at it so you have to keep letting it cycle so you can read it

Any issues with the 8s rigs (me specifically my new outcast exb 1/5) seems to jump into reverse far too easilly and I have a feeling it has something to do with the motor neighborhood CCW and my dx5c being setup improperly or atleast not correctly set between esc and tx because I get a hair trigger pull of break before it slams reverse even when I dialed reverse all the way down via program card and attempted to tune the dx5s tx appropriately it stoll is way to quick/easilly transitioning when moving forward slow/fast doesn't matter and from brake to almost like a full pull of reverse if I ever so slightly let off the brake and brake again Bam thing will literally roll end over end on road no prob... not very familiar with all the additional settings tge dx5c offers but could use some suggestions if anyone's got any to fix this issue that I've never experienced with any of my many other rigs also used with the dxfc although this is the first time I've used the dxfc with a reversed motor placement/CCW setting on the programing box I set myself during install of the max 5 esc/1100kv HW motor combo.... any tips greatly appreciated. Thanks for the vid chef the programming box def makes things much easier for sure🍻

I'd reprogram you controller and check the settings in the esc but I feel like you need to recalibrate your controller

tru im messing with doing that crap manualy to friggin annoying i have one for a hobbywing esc, and like u said its super convenient to make changes when out in the field. i can believe theres so many videos of ppl doing them manually get friggin real it will make life so much better trust me ppl!! lol
