Yeah I picked up two crowns a few years ago when it was on sale on PSN thinking 'I like 16 bit graphics and what do they mean by microstrategy?' and it has since become one of my most played games of the last few years. The viking expansion was great and the 80s game was ok but didn't have the same replayability. Plus I've played it coop with many friends and family members. What a great game.

I never played Kingdom Two Crowns, but it seems nice from the looks of it. And I found out from the HMRC is, good to know, or maybe not, atleast my taxes dont go there. 😄 Here are some quotes: "Quick run, pay them off! Bribe them!" "KAMEHAMEHA!" "Why are they poor?" "Did I just buy people?" Laith no, bad! *sprays water* "They got the crown! Run! Oh..." "I have a degree in enviromental studies, so I l know best how to damage the ecosystem"

It is sometimes worth finding a spot you can wall off behind a forest, and keep a forest inside your walls. That way you can generate income from hunting safely before transitioning into farming in the late game.

I haven't played the dlc yet, but in my experience they only hunt outside the wall, except for when you are expanding and they are headed for the outer walls. On second thought though, it is worth pointing out if you clear the trees directly adjacent to the trader they will disappear, so there is value in keeping some bits of forest inside your walls. The villages will disappear as well, but they can be rebuilt into better recruitment buildings.
