A little while ago, a post in the Bright Line Eating OFFICIAL Facebook group caught my eye and really got my wheels turning because it brought up such an important topic: the fundamental difference between BLE and traditional weight-loss plans. So I decided to record a vlog on it. Watch to hear my thoughts.

*WOOHOO!!!* Right on!!! This is FABULOUS! It explains what I’ve been “grappling” with in my brain for a few years. Quick story: I lost 160 lbs 6 years ago - on a DIET using the companies food - that cost and arm and a leg. People said, “oh my gosh! You have *amazing* willpower!” I thought, “no I don’t. I eat just that. It’s automatic.” But, having no support and getting off it....I gained a little back. 😒 I was desperately looking for something that would actually *WORK* for me and that I could “recommend” for others - that DIDN’T cost and arm & a leg!!! I am SOOOO thankful that I found you and Bright Line Eating!!! I really, *REALLY* appreciate the neurological explanation! It really matters to me and helps me understand more!!! (Since my accident & TBI - I’ve become *VERY* interested in the brain and all it’s activities! *FASCINATING!!!* ) *THANK YOU!!!*

Bright Line Eating I am *SUPER* thankful for SPT and all the BLE team!!! Definitely helping in my recovery and “mission” to live a *fantastic* 2nd chance at life! (The doctors only gave me a 5% chance of survival! But...GRIT...here I am! 🤪)

LOVE, This is so true! 270 days of BLE. I am automatic and loving it! This way is truly amazing!! Wish I would have known how to do this as a teenager.

After 4 months of BLE, my automaticity really kicked in. Before that it was a mental struggle to some extent, but not too much. Now I see all kinds of sweet food and I don't have any thought or feeling or craving. It is like it doesn't exist. Amazing program! I am even fasting with 16 hours without food and I do it easily. Thanks, Susan! You are the best! God bless you! Ps: Just hit -20 kg on the scale!!!

When my brain finally stopped hounding me, it was so amazing. When I stopped making exceptions for long enough, my brain stopped offering me exceptions. It just stopped. I didn’t even know my brain could operate like that! The best part of this program is knowing how the brain actually works, and making it work for me. Thank you for BLE.

This is day three of 14 DC for me. I had been following BLE since April 1st this year. I am so happy that I had already been working this before 14 DC. I see where cutting corners really slowed me down. I am beginning to enjoy the benefits of automatically. Thank SPT, for writing BLE. It is the lifeline I have been searching for for many years.

Thank you, Susan, for this vlog! I listened to it twice today to make sure I got it all into my brain. I get it now, and I am starting over with a new 14 Day Challenge and probably another boot camp after that, and my goal will not be a number on the scale, but rather gaining automaticity and peace about my food. I may be a slow learner who needed to do a lot of experimenting in the interim, but I'm getting it now. Thanks!

Well said👍👍👍. I'm in auto pilot. And for me that's the huge huge difference between BLE and others out there. Deciding my meals... Takes all the 2nd guessing and bad choices out of it. Really works. Finally Freedom. ❤️

Loved this video! Love the energy and clarity SPT expresses. I signed up this week after hearing her speaking on the Food Revolution Summit and have been faithfully writing down my foods to eat for 'tomorrow's' meals not really having complete understanding of why till this watching this video and so appreciate it because a major part of why I did invest in my health with this program is for the neuroscience aspect - that's pretty much a new, exciting and valuable component to this program that I wanted to benefit from.

Once something is a completely bright line, like an absolute no, it doesn't take will power anymore. Like it doesn't take me will power to not rob the bank when I go there because doing that is just not something in my reality, at all. It's not my identity. I think eventually with bright line acceptance it does become part of our identity, and then flour, sugar, and alcohol, for that matter, isn't part of our identity anymore.
