Regroup. Start at 'ground zero'... take your worst topic and stay-with-it. Focus on it and MASTER it... then alternate easy/hard topic rest of way... review review review...

Not sure if this is the right way, but could it also be done this way? I found out how many are above 86 Kg. So, .135+.025=.16. I then multiplied that by 1000, so (.16)(1000)=160. After this, I subtracted, so 1000-160=840.

Dr Neil, I am in my dedicated and I kept getting 189 and 184 on my full lengths. I am literally losing my mind and I don’t have any guidance or peers to review with. I scored better before on my school nbme exams but now I keep running out of time. I can’t tell you how scared and devastated I am.
