Most inpatient are still suspended but outpatient at affiliated are open. Tele is another option. We will have to wait and see how covid situation evolves and they open up inpatient.

You will have to mail/fax this form to ecfmg to change your testing center. First call or email them and ask if you can email them this, due to covid they were accepting emails. So they might as well now. I prepared all my documents in 2019 for 2020 application for clinical elective. Unfortunately, I couldn't do elective because of pandemic. In 2021, can I upload dean's letter, letter of support of 2019 or should I get new one?

Yes, even tele rotations will count but new is always helpful

A small correction, "testing region" is a more accurate term than "testing location". You only pay if you have to change the region where you want to be tested for not the location.
