He has what the team needs, discipline and football knowledge.

I think He is going to do a good job first he is Argentinian and got the south american soccer experience and He got the High intensity and demand that is played in Europe

He’s a great manager and we couldn’t make a better choice for USMNT. But the fact remains we don’t develop players the way they do in Argentina, South America or Europe. No manager, regardless of his talent, can make up for what lacks in the U.S. developmental system in 2 short years.

And for that, THANKS PAY-TO-PLAY 😡😡

Pulisic is the only consistent attacking player on the roster

He's one of the few that are actually getting minutes.

Honesty, some brutality, and genuine evaluation and placement. All this happens now, within the next 3-6 months, and is put to the test in the successive twelve. He has a chance to do something remarkable. Something tells me we're on the verge of something great, here.

I think the manager matters, when you have a group of talented players. The little push over the edge that’s needed by a quality manager. Belgium comes to mind, and how Martinez wasn’t that kind of leader. The us isn’t in that group. The challenge will be bigger.

Are you nuts...he has to build around Pulisic

International coaches do matter. Vlatko had us. Not medal at the olympics and worst finish in wc history. Emma hayes wins us a gold medal with less than 6 games under her belt. What are you talking about?
@u.s.m.n.tconcacafchampions6326Ай бұрын
We got bronze under Vlatko but yeah it wasn't good enough and a World Cup failure.

I don't believe that the US job is that sought after.

The Brit was just trying to recreate the popular Tottenham side with US players. I see his point but that ain’t how this works. Dude even said he thinks Pulisic could end up not favored by Poch. Just stick to talking England guy. 😊
@dabombgiggity123Ай бұрын
Yeah that's not what he said.
@DallasTexasREАй бұрын
@@dabombgiggity123 he didn’t compare Reyna to Ericksen, McKennie to Dembele? He didn’t say Pulisic could risk not being in Poch’s favor?
@dabombgiggity123Ай бұрын
@@DallasTexasRE He was simply comparing styles of players to his former players, not "trying to recreate the popular Tottenham side with US players" lmao And as for Pulisic he's simply curious how a star player with a slightly different skillset than many of Pochettino's stars at similar positions will fit into Poch's game.
@DallasTexasREАй бұрын
@@dabombgiggity123 Simply curious? started by stating he had a list of players who may not be in Pochs plans. Can’t remember who he named before Pulisic.

@@DallasTexasRE Idk what to tell you man. He'd probably tell you the same thing. Maybe in Texas everything is taken in the most literal sense with an inability to contextualize.
