it is very good move to play friendly match against USA cuz we dont have good political relations and i think it will not fix polical problems,but we can show that serbians are not bad as some americans think,it was very good time and that can improve relations with people in America, can reconcile Russians and Americans, and prove that politics cannot separate us and that people are not to blame, we are all the same, we just have a different culture!

This is a US team full of players making their debut and some that have only a handful of appearances in lesser competitions only. The US does this every January and they call it "camp cupcake" It is mostly players from the domestic league. The domestic league is in off season right now so it's a chance for them to get together and get some action.

Didn't watch the game, so hard to figure out too much based on just a few minutes of highlights. But some nice moments-and some bad ones, too. Both goals conceded were awful. The wall was useless on the first, and the defense was asleep and moving in slow motion on the second. Nice to see Slonina in goal. He was one of the (very) few bright spots on the Chicago Fire.

Some nice surprises at this game. BTW, Zendejas, Cowell, Vazquez, Gomez could still play for Mexico... so, cap them asap. On offense; Zendejas, Cowell and Vazquez played well, but realistically, who do you kick out from the Qatar WC roster? Pulisic/Aaronson.... Wright/Sargent/Ferreira.... Weah/Morris.... I can see bumping Ferreira and Morris but still not enough spots for Zendejas, Cowell, Vazquez, Balogun, Pepi, Tillman, Dike. Roldan is gone and maybe Zendejas pushes out DeLa Torre. FIFA is not backing down, they're forcing the Women's World Cup teams to carry 23 players only, if this succeeds, then the men's WC in 2026 will also have 23 players only. This complicates the selection of US forwards.
