I think he was just exhausted and couldn't maintain that intensity any longer. Sinner's fitness and resilience just a cut above Draper's at the moment. Was a great match to watch though.

@@WillSavageit’s probably a mix. If Draper had won the first two sets, I doubt he would have played the third set the same way. He was certainly tired, but he was also demoralized after losing the tie breaker. It probably wasn’t a conscious decision to lower the intensity - just the result of feeling like the victory had slipped away.

The match was very intense, not so spectacular though. Very close games, especially in the second set with plenty of deuces and not-converted break points. Overall sinner had an extra gear, Draper did too many double errors in the service as well, more than 10 if I am not mistaken. Also, in the final set Draper was exhausted, couldn't put a fight anymore. In the second set he even threw up a bit
