I wouldn’t say that. Nadal wasn’t injured in their Miami match in 2009. Also first time I’ve heard ofDel Potro being sick in 2017? I’d consider these matches as high level: 2009 Miami 2011 Wimbledon 2011 Davis Cup 2013 IW 2013 Shanghai 2016 Olympics (though most of 2016 Nadal was poor/injured, but still a high level match) 2018 RG 2018 Wimbledon And those are only the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

I would still consider Rafa a main competitor during 2018-2021, 2018 most tournament wins and Roger most tournament finals with Djokovic. Rafa ended 2019 as #1 too.
