Dear sir, if in HPLC method gives dual wavelength detection, for IMP 3 at 210 nm & for IMP 1 & 2 at 230 nm. For purity, single imp and total imp no specific wavelength (210 nm or 230 nm) given. Then at which wavelength we can calculate purity, single imp & how we can calculate total imp? Pl guide sir
